Refund policy

We want you to love your Worth It pieces. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right:

•  30-day window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

•  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

•  Digital items are non-refundable: the digital affirmation guide and printable affirmation cards included in the Worth It Bundle can't be returned once delivered.

•  Returning a bundle? Send back all the physical items (tee + mug) and you'll be refunded for those; the digital content is non-refundable.

•  Return shipping: You cover the return shipping cost — unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, in which case we cover it.

•  Damaged or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it with a replacement or a full refund.

•  Exchanges: Need a different size? Happy to swap — just tell us the size you need when you contact us.

•  Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
